For Shipping Within We only offer courier services by POS LAJU and Citylink for shipping within Your orders will be processed on a daily basis, on business days, which are Monday to Friday. (there are 2 full stops, after Friday). The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 3pm (Malaysia Time). Orders that are placed on weekends or For Overseas Shipping POS LAJU and Citylink (only applicable within When the payment transaction is successful, we will email you an Order Confirmation and Shipping Details, which includes your Tracking Number. Any delays in shipment or unavailability of purchased items, will be notified though email. Note : There might be additional customs/tariffs & duties charges depending on your country's custom regulations. Please check with your local customs for more information regarding this matter. OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS Being an Internet site, it is difficult to determine if items you have chosen to purchase are in stock because there may be different people ordering the same product at the same time online, and in-store. Unfortunately, we are not able to avoid such a situation from happening. We will do whatever we can to make sure that all products are in good condition before we ship them out to you. A 10% restocking fee will apply in the event of a refund or exchanging of goods . Items must be in its original state and in the condition they were sent in. Partial returns will not be accepted. Postage costs will not be refunded, and return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Items which are on clearance cannot be refunded or exchanged. Return Instruction To request for a return, please email us within 3 days of receiving your goods at admin@fashionstore.com.my. Products need to be returned to us in its original state and in the condition they were sent in, within 7 days if your return is accepted. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Strands will exchange/refund your purchase price (not including shipping and handling cost). We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
